August 2008

After having spent over six years evaluating online opportunities and how to market them effectively I can write with confidence about what I am able to provide my visitors.

This site is primarily for newbies but with a significant amount of information for those more experienced.

Newbies are my favorite group especially very new folks who have not been what I term 'hypenotises' I came up with the term after realizing that I had become victim to well constructed ad-copy time and time again, seducing me to get out the credit card and join the latest best thing or download some e-book supposedly full of cutting edge tactics.

My first advice to newbies is: Never get out your credit card until you have actually made the money to cover the cost of a product or service using freely available information.

No if's or butts with this one. If you get into this mind set from the beginning you will never develop a victim attitude because if you do purchase something useless down the track you know the experience has already been paid for.

My second piece of advice is take your time. Many of those who have been 'hypenotised' have been done so on the basis that money and lots of it can be made relatively quickly.

In reality all of your time should be spent on research and organization before you get to make anything. Learning to walk before running in anything you do is simple common sense.

Which leads to my third piece of advice: 'Find your mentors'

As in the real world most of the news revolves around the negatives; scandals and crime etc. The good news stories are not as prominent and you can miss them unless you look for them. Finding good mentors is not too difficult and is an essential part of your research. 5-6 is a good number to start with depending on what area you intend to focus on.

If you would like to learn more please feel free to contact me at: admin@programalert.com and I will assist you in getting on the right track. Free of course!

Kind regards
Brian Page
